This is a Letter informing employee of decision to hold disciplinary hearing. Must give employee minimum of 48 hours notice and inform him of right to have a representative present. It is recommended that the employee be served personally by hand and the day and time of receipt be recorded. If the employee cannot be found then delivery by registered post is acceptable but the hearing should then be delayed.
